A leading global industrial and aerospace organization is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making, optimize operations, and enhance performance within the aerospace sector. Responsibilities include analyzing datasets, developing dashboards and reports for KPIs, partnering with cross-functional teams, and supporting commercial and pricing analytics. The role requires 5+ years of experience in data analysis, proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and knowledge of data governance and quality best practices. Preferred qualifications include a relevant Bachelor's degree, industry experience, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM Analytics or AI/ML concepts.

Location:
Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Senior Data Analyst
to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

This role plays a key part in optimizing operations, enhancing performance, and supporting innovation across a high-impact aerospace environment.

Working Model:
Hybrid (first 90 days fully onsite, Monday–Friday)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver insights
  • Support commercial and pricing-related analytics
  • Contribute to data-driven decision-making across the business

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in aerospace or a similar industry
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA)
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Additional Information

  • Travel requirement: up to 10%
  • Must meet U.S. export control requirements (U.S. person status required)
