Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of product development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Build, manage, and continually refine a clear, actionable product backlog.
- Analyze market trends, competitive benchmarks, and industry insights to inform product direction.
- Prioritize product requirements by balancing business value, technical feasibility, and strategic trade‑offs.
- Support the translation of requirements into detailed user stories for the delivery team.
- Actively collaborate in agile ceremonies—including stand‑ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives—to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Identify risks, challenges, and blockers, taking proactive steps to enable smooth delivery.
- Monitor product progress throughout each sprint and make empowered decisions on acceptance of completed work.
- Guide and support team members as they engage with stakeholders and deliver product increments.
- Maintain clarity and composure during high‑pressure situations, helping steer resolution efforts effectively.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality and timely results.
- Manage a small team of Business Analysts, supporting their growth and performance.
- Own the success metrics for assigned products, features, or components.
- Ensure team decisions support the broader product strategy and organizational priorities.
- Utilize budgetary and financial insights to inform resource planning and staffing decisions.
- Anticipate risks and present practical solutions to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–8 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
- Minimum 3 years working within Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP, and other agile frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience delivering products of low to medium complexity.
- Good understanding of modern technologies—including cloud solutions, SaaS platforms, and enterprise systems.
