
Founding Enterprise Account Executive
Role summary
This company is building the infrastructure for AI agents to automate core go-to-market workflows in sales. As the Founding Enterprise Account Executive, you will be the first US hire, responsible for closing net new ARR and building the foundational sales playbook. You will land new logos across mid-market, enterprise, and strategic tech accounts, utilizing a hybrid sales motion with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting. This role requires 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in net new business within the Tech or SaaS sector, a proven track record of closing large deals, and a base in NYC.

Key Responsibilities
- Land net new logos across mid-market, enterprise, and strategic tech accounts
- Run a hybrid motion: close inbound and founder-led pipeline, with outbound as your primary lever
- Partner with the founders and the European GTM team on deal strategy
- Build US-specific sales playbooks from scratch
- Operate as a founding seller: shape ICP, messaging, pricing feedback, and process as you learn
Non-Negotiables
- 5+ years as a quota-carrying AE in net new business
- Tech or SaaS background with the US as your primary market
- Track record of winning net new logos and closing large deals
- Based in NYC or open to relocating
- Fluent English
