
Space System Integration & Test Engineer
Role summary
Space Force Analytics (SFA) is seeking a Systems Engineering and Test Engineer to join their team in developing next-generation remote sensing satellite/ground systems for the U.S. Space Force. This role involves performing systems engineering, integration, and test for National Space System Defense Acquisition Programs. Responsibilities include developing test strategies, plans, reports, and briefings, as well as participating in test verification and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a background in Systems Engineering and Test, familiarity with Space Systems Acquisition/Development, and experience building client/stakeholder relationships. This is a hybrid role with occasional travel.

You will work with SFA colleagues, other support contractors, and U.S. Space Force personnel to acquire and develop Missile Warning/Defense Systems. Your expertise and innovative thinking will be critical to the success of National Defense Programs. Hybrid work from home & office, with occasional travel to various contractor sites and U.S. Government installations.
Responsibilities
Perform systems engineering, integration, and test for National Space System Defense Acquisition Programs. Work in a collaborative team environment, developing test strategies, plans, reports and briefings. Participate in test verification and analysis. Define, develop, maintain, and execute large-scale system test plans and overarching test and evaluation strategy documents, including Test and Evaluation Strategy (TES), Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), System Integration Test Plan (SITP), Enterprise Verification Plan (EVP), Verification Cross Reference Matrices (VCRMs), and Requirements Verification Files (RVFs).
You Have
- Minimum of several years of Space System Test Experience
- Familiarity with Space Systems Acquisition/Development
- Experience developing client & stakeholder relationships and briefing customers
- Ability to initiate, interact in cross-functional teams and work collaboratively & independently
- The desire to become a system test lead
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM major
- Secret Clearance
Nice if you Have
- Experience working with US Space Force Personnel
- Experience working Missile Warning Space/Ground System Architecture
- Experience planning and executing program reviews throughout the lifecycle of the system
- Knowledge of DoD 5000 series testing
- Experience using Confluence and Jira
- Project Management Experience
- Master's degree
- TS/SCI
