Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for AI agents, focusing on backend development and cross-system integrations. Responsibilities include creating efficient workflows, implementing advanced algorithms, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the team to refine agent capabilities. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the alignment of software solutions with business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and operating systems
• Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development practices
• Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Knowledge in NLP
• Experience with AI and automation technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively on a remote team
