Starlink Integration & Test Engineer (Aviation)
Role summary
SpaceX is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer for its Starlink Aviation division. This role involves owning test software, test equipment, and integrated testing of electrical and network systems for enterprise aviation customers. Responsibilities include designing and operating test hardware/software, troubleshooting hardware issues, performing root-cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to develop and improve test systems and flight hardware. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and at least 1 year of relevant professional experience, with internships and co-ops considered. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and experience with various engineering systems and production environments.

STARLINK INTEGRATION & TEST ENGINEER (AVIATION)

We design, build, test, and operate all parts of the system – thousands of satellites, consumer receivers that allow users to connect within minutes of unboxing, and the software that brings it all together. As an Integration & Test Engineer supporting our enterprise aviation customers, you will be tasked with owning test software, test equipment, integrated testing of electrical and network systems, and will be a technical resource for fellow engineering, specialist and technician colleagues. You will be responsible for developing, validating and maintaining high-reliability, high-performing enterprise network solutions for Starlink.

Pay range: Level I: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per/year Level II: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per/year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Company shuttles are offered to employees for roundtrip travel from select Seattle locations to the SpaceX Redmond office Monday to Friday.
