Reliability Engineer, Facilities
Role summary
We are seeking a Reliability Engineer for our Facilities team. This role is responsible for leading projects from engineering through maintenance, ensuring compliance with standards and codes. You will provide technical support, manage repairs, and oversee the design and construction of various facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and security. The position involves resolving field conflicts, managing capital expenditures, and coordinating with authorities for permits and inspections. You will also be responsible for ensuring the reliability of new installations, responding to emergencies, and managing contracts. This is an onsite role requiring 24/7 on-call support and occasional extended hours.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Pay range: Facilities Infrastructure Engineer/Level I: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00/per year Facilities Infrastructure Engineer/Level II: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00/per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
