Experimentation Delivery & AI Manager
Speero | Fully Remote

About Speero

Speero is a global experimentation and CRO agency that scales growth programs for the world's most modern product teams. We believe great strategy is nothing without a flawless engine to power it (we call ours the Experimentation Operating System, or XOS). Right now we're evolving that engine into something AI-enhanced and streamlined. We aren't "there" yet. That's why we need you.

About the Role

You're the person who makes sure the train runs on time, and also quietly rebuilds the tracks while it's moving. This is a PM role with a technical foundation. You'll own client program health, partner with strategists and engineers to ship experiments, and get hands-on evolving our internal workflows. But "PM" undersells it. You need to be code-literate. You need to write clearly. And you need the kind of emotional intelligence that lets you navigate a frustrated client, a messy handoff, or a prioritization debate without breaking stride. The AI angle here isn't "must have shipped agents." It's about exploration aptitude. The tooling landscape changes constantly. We need someone who instinctively reaches for new tools when they hit a bottleneck (whether that's Claude, n8n, a quick script, or something that didn't exist last quarter).

What You'll Do

  • Own client delivery and program health. Spot risks (scope creep, delays, communication gaps) and resolve them before they become client problems.
  • Partner with strategy, engineering, and design to move experiments from idea to launch. You don't just support the team; you're in the work.
  • Write clear, detailed test requirements and create annotated mockups that bridge strategy and execution.
  • Evolve our internal infrastructure (Airtable, ClickUp) from "functional" to "invisible." Turn manual processes into automated workflows.
  • Explore and implement AI solutions for documentation, reporting, and insights. You don't need to be an AI expert. You need to be the kind of person who sees a repetitive task and thinks "there's probably a better way to do this" (and then actually builds it).

Who You Are

  • A systems thinker who simplifies. You take messy problems (a broken database, a confused client, a 14-step manual process) and break them into clean, actionable pieces.
  • Code-literate. Maybe you used to be a developer. Maybe you're self-taught. Either way, you're comfortable reading code, writing light scripts, and navigating technical conversations without a translator.
  • A strong writer. Test specs, client updates, process documentation. You write clearly and concisely because you think clearly.
  • High EQ. You're the steady hand in a room full of opinions. Calm under pressure, reliable, and good at reading people.
  • Exploration-driven. You don't wait to be trained on a new tool. You find it, try it, break it, and figure out where it fits.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in delivery management, project management, or operations (agency or SaaS strongly preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Airtable and ClickUp (or similar project/data tools)
  • Solid understanding of the A/B testing lifecycle and basic statistics
  • Comfort with wireframing tools (Figma, Miro)
  • Some experience with automation or AI tooling (n8n, Zapier, Claude Code, Make.com, or similar). Aptitude matters more than specific tool depth here.
  • Bias for action. You'd rather ship a clean improvement today than a perfect one next month.

Compensation & Benefits

- €45-65k/yr base (early-mid-level PM) ->
€70-90k base (more mid-senior)
Demonstrated technical depth and AI fluency can push this higher.
- Fully remote
- 35 days annual PTO
- High-integrity team culture with real startup energy
- Health insurance reimbursement
- Gym/wellness stipend
- Home office stipend
