Role summary

- The SIT Testing Manager leads end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT) for Oracle-based implementations, including B2B integrations and Oracle Financial Services (OFS). This role is responsible for managing daily testing activities, driving the overall testing strategy, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality goals.
- Key responsibilities include directing the SIT team, defining and implementing test strategy, and working closely with the PMO to provide status updates, dashboards, and mitigation plans to keep the project on track. The manager proactively identifies and resolves testing blockers, ensuring smooth execution across sprints and phases.
- This role owns SIT/UAT reporting, including building and maintaining dashboards in tools like Jira, and leads defect management—triaging, categorizing (business vs. SIT), and driving resolution.
- The SIT Testing Manager collaborates closely with business stakeholders to clarify user stories, validate functionality, and support test script alignment. A strong understanding of integration and data migration testing is required, along with experience using tools like Alteryx (or similar) for data validation.
- The role also requires familiarity with test automation concepts and tools such as Tricentis Tosca, including the ability to define automation strategy and guide the transition from manual to automated testing.
- While primarily a leadership role, the ideal candidate is hands-on and capable of creating and executing test scripts when needed.
