  • Take ownership of program delivery end-to-end, ensuring each launch is stable, scalable, and ready for new audiences
  • Maintain a high bar for quality by testing outputs, applying clear evaluation criteria, and refining programs before launch
  • Design and run experiments to improve performance, using results to adjust program logic and drive better outcomes
  • Monitor program health using BigQuery, identifying patterns or issues early and taking action to keep systems running smoothly
  • Who You Are

  • You have 4+ years of experience in product operations, growth, go-to-market, strategy and operations, or analytics roles
  • You have owned or contributed to measurable business outcomes, such as revenue growth, conversion, or pipeline development
  • You are comfortable working with AI tools and have experience prompting, evaluating, and improving LLM-based workflows
  • You know how to use SQL and BigQuery to track performance, assess data quality, and identify issues early
  • You have experience working in Salesforce, including configuring workflows, understanding data models, or building automation
  • You take a thoughtful, structured approach to quality and are comfortable working with testing, validation, and release processes
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross-functional partners to move work forward
