Product Marketing Manager, Programmatic
Role summary
Spotify is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for its Global Monetization Product Marketing team, focusing on programmatic advertising and DSP partnerships. This role bridges product, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies to shape how Spotify's ad solutions are brought to market via programmatic channels. Responsibilities include collaborating with DSP partners and internal teams to ensure effective integration and adoption of ad solutions within the programmatic ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital advertising with a strong understanding of programmatic advertising, experience leading cross-functional teams, and proficiency in using data to inform product and GTM strategies. The role requires translating technical concepts into compelling language and influencing both external and internal stakeholders to drive growth in Spotify's ads business.

This role sits at the intersection of product, partnerships, and go-to-market, helping shape how Spotify brings its advertising measurement and inventory to market through programmatic channels. You will work closely with DSP partners, ad tech providers, and internal R&D teams to ensure Spotify’s ad solutions are effectively integrated, positioned, and adopted within the programmatic ecosystem.
You’ll play a key role in defining how Spotify shows up in programmatic environments—translating product capabilities into scalable demand, and ensuring the Spotify Ad Exchange is clearly understood, trusted, and activated by buyers. This is a highly cross-functional, fast-paced role where you’ll influence both external partner strategy and internal product direction, helping grow a critical pillar of Spotify’s ads business.
