Role summary

We are seeking a Full-time Adult Community Day Program Manager in Santa Rosa, California. This role involves supervising and training direct care staff, monitoring client progress, and managing daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and at least one year of experience in designing ABA programs or writing IFSP/ISP, as well as supervising staff. Responsibilities include creating data sheets, tracking client goals, ensuring data accuracy, writing progress notes, and conducting performance reviews. The role requires the ability to lift up to 25lbs and assist individuals with physical disabilities.

The Program Manager role is to provide ongoing support to the direct care staff and other team members, which includes continuous teaching and providing feedback to the team regarding their skills implementation and overall performance. The Program Manager is also responsible for monitoring the progress of the clients, which includes checking data, writing progress on goals, conducting monthly clinical team meetings, and assisting in conducting re-assessments for clients. The Program Manager will oversee the scheduling of staff, meetings, and other ongoing daily operations, and will be responsible for conducting performance reviews for the direct care staff per the company schedule.
Essential Job Duties:

  • Supervise and train direct care staff on implementation of the client’s goals
  • Create a data sheet for the client’s goals
  • Track progress of all clients enrolled in services
  • Check fidelity of implementation and data accuracy
  • Write daily progress notes and summaries of all clients
  • Teach and model implementation of programs as written in the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) of clients
  • Provides ongoing supervision and support to the direct care staff

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or any related field, Experience in lieu of degree
  • A minimum of one year of experience in implementing and designing ABA programs or a minimum of one year of experience writing IFSP or ISP
  • A minimum of one year of experience in supervising and managing staff
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs. and/or demonstrate the ability to assist other individuals with physical disabilities in evacuations/drills, etc
