Sr Software Engineer

In this role, you will help drive the evolution of a modern web platform by partnering closely with design and product teams to deliver polished, user-centric features. The position is firmly focused on frontend development, with an emphasis on building high-quality interfaces and integrating with existing backend APIs to support end-to-end product functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend components using React or Svelte
• Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces aligned with modern UX and accessibility best practices
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs in collaboration with backend engineering teams
• Optimize frontend performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and frontend quality initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI bugs, usability issues, and performance concerns
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, patterns, and standards
• Mentor junior engineers on frontend best practices and tooling
• Work onsite in Dallas, TX alongside a collaborative engineering team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building single-page applications using React, Svelte, Ember.js, or similar frameworks
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend tooling
• Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with backend concepts and data models to effectively collaborate with backend teams
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional development environments
• Passion for clean, maintainable code and delivering high-quality user experiences
