- Spent 5+ years building backend or full-stack systems in production
- Led projects or small pods from architecture through delivery
- Worked with external partners, APIs, or integrations to ship real features
- Built in fast-growing or startup environments where ambiguity and speed are normal
- Collaborated closely with product, ops, or data teams to solve real-world problems
- Mentored other engineers through code reviews, guidance, or technical leadership
- You’ve worked in health tech, logistics, or other integration-heavy environments
- You’ve scaled backend systems to support rapid growth and operational complexity
- You’ve built or owned partner-facing APIs, data flows, or onboarding integrations
- You’re comfortable designing for privacy, compliance, or regulated industries
- You’ve operated in Series A–C startups where scope, speed, and ownership were high
### What the job involves
- Our engineering team has scaled from 12 to 40+ engineers in the past year, and we’re still growing fast
- We’re looking for experienced mid- to senior-level Engineering Managers to help us navigate this next phase
- You’ve led teams of around 10 engineers at varying levels, and you know how to build for scale—hiring, career development, mentorship, org design, and beyond. We have multiple teams tackling a wide range of technical challenges, and we’ll work with you to place you where your interests and strengths align
- Build and own backend and full-stack systems that power partner integrations and patient access
- Architect features that enable multi-state rollouts, new clinical programs, and scalable delivery models
- Turn bespoke partner requests into reusable platform capabilities
- Collaborate with product, data, ops, and clinical teams to launch high-impact solutions
- Lead projects end to end — from scoping and design through implementation and rollout
- Shape the technical direction of Partner Engineering as we scale nationally
### The application process
- We aim to complete the interview process between 2-3 weeks. It will usually consist of:
- Recruiter Screen (30-Minutes)
- Hiring Manager Introduction (30-Minutes)
- Technical Assessment (45-Minutes)
- Onsite Interview: Systems Design + Behavioral Interview + Lunch with the Team (3-hours)
