### Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to evaluate the impact of new features and strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Clean, transform, and validate large, diverse datasets to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Research and implement new statistical and machine learning techniques to continuously improve existing models and methodologies.
### Required Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist applying machine learning algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python or R and relevant data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
