We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and execute complex, cross-functional technical programs. The TPM will work closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver high-impact initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Planning & Execution
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
- Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs.
- Ensure delivery against milestones, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and critical paths.
- Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with engineering, product, security, and business teams.
- Establish communication channels and reporting structures.
- Align stakeholders on priorities and outcomes.
- Operational Excellence
- Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs.
- Establish governance frameworks and review cadences.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
- Maintain risk registers and escalation paths.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Technical Understanding & Alignment
- Maintain knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, and data systems.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable plans.
- Ensure architectural consistency.
- Reporting & Communication
- Provide weekly/monthly status reports.
- Track progress, risks, and key metrics.
- Deliver executive-level updates.
- Process & Documentation
- Develop program documentation including roadmaps and runbooks.
- Standardize processes across teams.
- Support postmortems and lessons learned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- 5–10+ years in Technical Program Management.
- Strong understanding of cloud, infrastructure, and SaaS.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
