Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other data analysis tools to identify trends and patterns.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms to communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage end-to-end data projects following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Talend, Bash scripts, VBA, or other scripting languages to automate data workflows.
• Support database design and management for Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational database systems to ensure data integrity and security.
• Conduct business analysis by gathering requirements, defining KPIs, and providing actionable insights that influence strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for creating compelling reports and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of data management concepts including database design, linked data integration, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with programming languages like R and Python for statistical analysis and automation tasks.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies to facilitate collaborative project execution.
• Experience working within SDLC frameworks to ensure structured development cycles for analytics projects.
• Strong business analysis skills coupled with the ability to interpret complex datasets into clear insights.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server databases; knowledge of Talend or similar ETL tools is a plus.
• Ability to utilize VBA or Bash scripting for process automation; familiarity with Visio for process mapping is advantageous.

Pay: $71,906.88 - $86,597.53 per year
