St. Martin America Inc. is a multi-brand cabinetry organization serving the kitchen, bath, and interior solutions market through brands including St. Martin Cabinetry, MARRAM Cabinetry, Tribeca Cabinetry, AD Cabinet Supply, and affiliated business units.
As our business continues to scale, we are developing a modern B2B ordering platform (E-Order system) that will support dealers, sales teams, internal operations, and long-term digital growth across multiple brands within the corporation.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Product Designer to help lead the design of a complex B2B ordering platform used by dealers, designers, sales teams, and internal personnel.

- Create clear, structured workflows for professional users, including dealers, sales teams, and internal operations
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Design key product areas such as dashboard interfaces, product configuration flows, quote generation, project management, production tracking, and dealer portal experiences
- Help establish a scalable design system that supports consistency across the platform
- Collaborate with leadership and developers to translate business requirements into practical product experiences
- Prepare organized, developer-ready handoff files and design documentation
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, web applications, or workflow-heavy digital platforms

- High proficiency in Figma
- Ability to create wireframes, polished UI designs, prototypes, and structured design systems
- Strong understanding of UX for data-rich, logic-heavy, or process-driven interfaces
- Strong communication skills, professional judgment, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing B2B software, ordering systems, ERP-adjacent tools, admin tools, or configuration platforms
- Experience working with interfaces involving catalogs, SKUs, pricing, specifications, or workflow logic
- Familiarity with cabinetry, interiors, furniture, building materials, construction, or related industries
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on implementation handoff
Compensation
- Compensation is open and will depend on experience, portfolio strength, and engagement structure.
- We are open to freelance, contract, design studio, project-based, or longer-term collaboration depending on fit and business needs.
