Senior Programmatic Account Manager, Midwest (Great Lakes)
Role summary
StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Programmatic Account Manager to manage post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption of their platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion. This role requires 6+ years of experience in Real-Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network) and proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, design campaign strategies, ensure campaign success through reporting and optimization, and identify upselling opportunities. The position is remote-first, prioritizing candidates in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, or West Virginia, with up to 20% travel required.
