Manager, Client Success (PST / MST)
Role summary
StackAdapt is seeking a Manager of Client Success to lead a team of Client Success Managers, acting as trusted advisors to clients using their self-serve platform. This role involves managing the customer lifecycle, driving high-impact consultation, and supporting client business objectives to increase spend on the StackAdapt platform. Reporting to the VP of Client Services, the manager will focus on driving efficiencies through automation, improving business performance, fostering client relationships, and designing next-generation service practices. The ideal candidate is data-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about efficient client results. Key responsibilities include leading and developing a global team, partnering with Sales on onboarding, tracking client success metrics, and serving as a client advocate. Extensive media experience and programmatic knowledge are required, along with 3+ years of experience managing client-facing teams and driving revenue growth.
