Role summary

Stand is seeking a Senior Insurance Product Manager to build global property protection products using advanced physics and AI. This role will focus on developing and expanding homeowners insurance products, starting in California. The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of insurance product management experience, a strong understanding of homeowners insurance, and the ability to leverage performance data for product and underwriting decisions. Collaboration with actuarial, underwriting, and engineering teams, along with strong communication and documentation skills, are essential.

Requirements

  • 8 - 12+ years of Insurance product management or product development experience, ideally in P&C insurance.
  • Strong understanding of homeowners insurance products, underwriting rules, and coverage structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to use performance data to drive concrete product and underwriting decisions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with actuarial, underwriting, and engineering teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high documentation discipline.
