Role summary
StartHub is seeking a creative and driven UI/UX Designer for a part-time, remote role. The designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-centered experiences for their web and mobile platforms, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and contributing to design systems and brand identity. A strong portfolio showcasing modern UI/UX work and proficiency in tools like Figma are required. The role offers equity and the potential to transition to a full-time paid position post-funding, making it ideal for someone passionate about startups and empowering founders.
Equity: 0.25% | Post-Funding Pay: $40–$100/hr (based on responsibilities and impact)

We’ve been building for over a year and are looking for a creative and driven UI/UX Designer to help shape the next generation of startup education and community experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, beautiful, and user-centered experiences for our web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to bring ideas to life
- Contribute to design systems, flows, and wireframes that improve usability and engagement
- Help shape the overall design direction and brand identity of StartHub
What We’re Looking For
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern UI/UX design work
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
- Understanding of responsive and interactive design principles
- A startup mindset: adaptable, proactive, and passionate about building from the ground up
