Role summary
The Program Manager will promote best practices in behavioral health and provide program support to providers, local governmental entities, and state agencies involved in justice system interventions for New Mexico residents. This role is responsible for program oversight, learning collaboratives, budget and administrative support, technical assistance, and conducting site visits and reviews. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and two years of professional experience with a tactical impact, or a total of six years of combined education and experience. A valid driver's license and Defensive Driving certification are required.

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of professional level experience with a tactical impact directly related to the purpose of the position defined by the agency at the time of recruitment. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling six (6) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Must obtain a Defensive driving certification.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT), extensive personal computer and phone usage with extended periods of sitting. Must be able to lift 25lbs.
