<Responsibilities>
- Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, including user research, requirements gathering, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Develop detailed user flows, information architecture, and layout designs to optimize user journeys across platforms.
- Create high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch that align with brand standards and design patterns.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately using HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Conduct data analysis through tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to inform design decisions and improve user engagement.
- Apply design thinking principles and accessibility standards to enhance usability for all users across devices, including mobile applications and responsive web interfaces.
- Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to deliver iterative improvements rapidly.
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications with a strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, and layout expertise.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), InVision, Axure, Zeplin, and Balsamiq.
- Solid understanding of front-end development technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular), RESTful APIs, and responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, requirements gathering techniques, and user research methods.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret web analytics data and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines - WCAG) and inclusive design practices to ensure equitable usability.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to technical teams and stakeholders alike.

Pay: $100,126.36 - $120,582.28 per year
