Generalist Software Engineer
who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys owning systems end-to-end.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build production-grade backend and full-stack systems
- Own features end-to-end from concept through deployment and iteration
- Architect scalable services and APIs powering core product workflows
- Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver user-facing impact
- Contribute to technical architecture and long-term engineering strategy
- Help embed AI-driven workflows directly into product and operational systems
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 4–8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven track record of shipping and maintaining production systems
- Experience working in startup or high-velocity environments preferred
- Experience at top-tier technology companies is a strong plus
Technical Skills
Strong backend or full-stack orientation with experience in:
- Go and/or TypeScript
- Python
- Node.js
- React, Next.js, or similar modern frontend frameworks
- Distributed systems and API design
- Databases such as MySQL
- Caching and messaging systems (Redis, Pub/Sub, etc.)
Strongly Preferred
- Experience embedding LLM or AI workflows into production products
- Familiarity with agentic systems, state machines, or workflow orchestration
- Experience building marketplace, commerce, or operational platforms
- Comfort working across the stack in a generalist capacity

Requirements
