Role summary

We are seeking a Founding Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-paced AI drug discovery startup. Role Description

We are hiring a Founding Full Stack Engineer for a full-time job. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who are eager to build scalable systems and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

You will contribute to the development of our platform by working across both front-end and back-end systems. You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers, product managers, and domain experts to deliver high-quality features and improve system performance.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications
Implement front-end components with a focus on usability and responsiveness
Support back-end development, including APIs, data processing, and integrations
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features
Contribute to code reviews and continuously improve engineering standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
0–3 years of experience in full-stack or web development
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular)
Basic understanding of back-end development (e.g., Python, Node.js, or similar)
Understanding of software development principles and coding best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
Familiarity with cloud services and APIs is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
