Role summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer for an AI-native platform company in the San Francisco Bay Area. This hybrid role involves a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. The designer will own end-to-end product design for complex user journeys, translating ambiguous requirements into intuitive workflows and scalable solutions for both customer-facing and internal tools. Responsibilities include creating designs in Figma, contributing to design systems, conducting user research, and partnering with engineering and product teams to ship impactful features. The ideal candidate has 5-10+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and experience in startup or high-growth environments, with advanced proficiency in Figma and strong UX/interaction design fundamentals.

We are seeking a highly strategic
Senior Product Designer
who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape complex, high-impact product experiences from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end product design across complex user journeys
- Translate ambiguous business and operational requirements into intuitive workflows
- Design elegant, scalable solutions for both customer-facing and internal operational tools
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
- Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system
- Partner closely with engineering, product, and leadership to ship impactful features
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate quickly and effectively
- Help define the overall product experience and design direction
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 5–10+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex product workflows
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Proven ability to design end-to-end solutions (not just visual polish)
Core Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Strong UX and interaction design fundamentals
- Experience designing complex systems, operational tools, or marketplace platforms
- Experience building or scaling design systems
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and tradeoffs
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in the marketplace, fintech, commerce, or SaaS platforms
- Experience designing AI-native or workflow-heavy products
- Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership
- Comfort operating in 0→1 environments with ambiguity

Requirements
- Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
- Willing to work onsite at least 3 days per week
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred (strong portfolio and experience prioritized)
