Stellantis is seeking a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle (CPOV) Program Manager to oversee the national CPOV program. The manager will be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization, ensuring alignment across Sales, Aftersales, Mopar, FlexCare, and dealer partners. The Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle (CPOV) Program Manager
is responsible for the end-to-end strategic management, execution, and optimization of Stellantis’ national CPOV program. This role serves as the central program owner, ensuring alignment across Sales, Aftersales, Mopar, FlexCare, Field organizations, and dealer partners. CPOV is a critical pillar of Stellantis’ long-term business strategy—driving residual value, customer loyalty, return-to-market behavior, and downstream Aftersales performance. This role plays a key part in integrating CPOV and FlexCare offerings, strengthening certified vehicle value propositions, and enabling consistent execution across the dealer network. The ideal candidate brings a program management mindset, thrives in complex, cross-functional environments, and excels at translating strategy into scalable execution.
Key Responsibilities
National CPOV Program Strategy & Ownership:
- Manager of CPO ongoing operations and support transition into the FlexCare team. Serve as the primary integration point between CPOV, Mopar, FlexCare, Aftersales, and work closely with field teams to support dealer execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Incentives, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure program consistency and scalability.
- Provide national-level oversight and support for dealer-facing CPOV programs, including program rules, execution standards, and operational processes.
- Support dealer management through issue resolution, troubleshooting, and continuous program improvement.
- Manage CPOV-related incentive programs, working closely with incentive and finance teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to track program health, dealer engagement, and business impact. Analyze trends and insights to inform strategic adjustments and future program enhancements.
- Support ongoing program operations, including process optimization, issue escalation, and resolution.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on CPOV operations, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive, OEM program management, sales operations, dealer programs, or Aftersales-related roles
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and program management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Certified Pre-Owned, used vehicle operations, or Aftersales programs
- Familiarity with dealer network operations and OEM program execution
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Aftersales, Incentives, or Finance teams
- Understanding of FlexCare, service contracts, and/or dealership processes
- Experience with program reporting, KPI development, and performance tracking
