Role summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Services Operations team. This role involves maintaining data hygiene, automating data updates using Python or SQL, and assisting in process standardization. You will partner with the Sales Enablement team to produce and update reports for Business Development efforts, requiring requirement gathering, template creation, and routine updates. The Data Analyst will apply analytical skills to extract insights from complex datasets, draw conclusions from reports, highlight trends, and present findings to stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, proficiency in Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel, and strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Experience with Power BI and machine learning is preferred.

Position Overview
The Data Analyst will work as part of the Enterprise Services Operations team and is expected to perform the fundamental core responsibilities described below. The Data Analyst will work closely with the Global CRM team, members of the Business Development team, and all relevant departments to support data initiatives.
Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintain data hygiene by creating, updating and deleting records in applicable systems in a scalable way, including writing Python or SQL scripts for automation of data updates, etc.
  • Assist in process standardization and automation
  • Partner with the Sales Enablement team to produce reports for Business Development efforts, including gathering requirements, creating report templates, and routinely updating reports
  • Apply analytical skills and knowledge to solve real-world problems, extract meaningful insights from complex data sets, and contribute to the development of data-driven outcomes
  • Analyze reports to draw meaningful conclusions, highlight trends, extract insights to support decision-making
  • Prepare and present reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Identify and investigate issues or inconsistencies with data
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and analytics

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics preferred
  • Strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with Python Libraries
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with Power BI preferred
