Accounts Payable Specialist

Join our Corporate Office team in Ballston Spa, NY as an Accounts Payable Specialist. Duties:

• Financial flow- Full ownership of data entry, invoice processing, and vendor payments.
• Cash management-Prepare and process daily cash disbursements.
• Collaborate: Professional point of contact between vendors, shops, and management.
• Analyze: Go beyond the numbers to identify trends and proactively communicate recommendations to improve internal workflows.
• Provide other essential operational coverage within the office.

Requirements:

• Previous Accounts payable or other general accounting background is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, comfortable learning and navigating new software quickly.
• Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive tasks
• High level of organizational skills and commitment to accuracy.
• Team player mindset with verbal and written communication skills.

• Starting Pay: $23 - $25/hour.
• Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm schedule (in office).
