UX Researcher

We are seeking a UX researcher with experience in mixed methods research and enterprise platform evaluation for a contract engagement with one of our well-known tech clients.
In this role, you will lead rigorous research initiatives that inform product strategy across cloud-based end-user computing experiences, including competitive benchmarking, total cost of ownership analysis, and concept validation for next-generation platforms.
If you are the right fit, you bring proven expertise in designing and executing experiments, surveys, usability studies, and behavioral analytics at scale. You are known for your analytical rigor and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
This is a full-time contract engagement approved through the end of June 2026 and will require being onsite 3x per week in Redmond. Required:

• 4+ years of experience in UX research, human factors research, or applied behavioral science for enterprise or B2B technology products

• Demonstrated expertise in quantitative and mixed-methods research, including experiments, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral analytics
• Experience leading competitive benchmarking and research ranging from purchase and onboarding through post-purchase support

Proven ability to collaborate closely with product managers and designers to influence product direction in blended or hybrid work environments

• Background researching complex platform technologies such as cloud services, end-user computing, XR, or human–AI interaction

Compensation 55-60/hr. W2
