About the Role
We are seeking a part‑time IT Manager / Data Analyst to support our technology systems and organizational data needs. This role manages Microsoft 365, provides technical support, oversees cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance, and builds Power BI dashboards that support decision‑making.
What You’ll Do
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software
- Manage Microsoft 365 (users, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange)
- Maintain equipment inventory and support staff onboarding
- Provide technical support and staff training
- Manage GoDaddy DNS and domain settings
- Support networking, Windows 10/11, and device lifecycle
- Build Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports
- Ensure data integrity, security, and HIPAA compliance
- Assist leadership with tech planning and budgeting
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree + 5 years experience, or bachelor’s + 3 years
- Strong IT administration and troubleshooting skills
- Power BI and data visualization experience
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks
- Clear communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass background and drug screening
Preferred: Power Automate, SharePoint design, Therap experience
Work Environment
- Traditional business hours with some flexibility
- Up to 50% remote work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
