Design Recruiter (Fixed Term)
Role summary
Stripe is seeking a Design Recruiter for a fixed-term contract to scale its global design organization. This role involves full-cycle recruiting for niche design positions, including product design, brand design, content design, design engineering, and UX research. The recruiter will partner with senior leaders to develop recruiting strategies, attract passive senior candidates, build diverse pipelines, and enhance the candidate experience. Responsibilities include analyzing hiring metrics, improving recruiting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in design recruiting within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating a data-driven approach and operational rigor.
