Senior Staff Product Designer, Dashboard Studio
Role summary
Stripe is seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer for their Dashboard Studio team. This role involves shaping user experiences for merchants by connecting business goals to product opportunities and translating them into high-quality, intuitive designs. The designer will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, drive design strategy, and present work to leadership. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant design experience, excels at navigating complexity, and can communicate design decisions through compelling storytelling and high-fidelity prototypes. Experience in mentoring junior designers is preferred.

About the team
The Product Design team is made up of several groups that define, create, and deliver all user-facing aspects of Stripe’s brand and product. Product Designers are strategic partners to Engineering and Product Management within their product area. In close collaboration with product teams, they shape user experiences, then translate them into high-quality designs that can be tested, shipped, and refined. Designers are responsible for building elegant, functional products that users love—and want to tell others about.

The Dashboard team ensures Stripe works seamlessly for every merchant—regardless of how their business is structured or which products they use. Our goal is to make Stripe feel like it was built just for them.
