Learning Architect
Role summary
Stripe is seeking a Learning Architect, a hybrid role blending learning design with product engineering principles. This individual will build scalable, AI-enabled learning ecosystems to deliver Stripe’s development philosophy to employees. Responsibilities include transforming high-touch programs into digital solutions, auditing existing content for AI integration, and acting as a product manager for learning initiatives. The role involves architecting AI-driven coaching interfaces, optimizing data infrastructure for content surfacing, and creating standardized templates and prompt libraries. A strong portfolio demonstrating functional beauty in digital experiences, AI-native thinking, and a product-led mindset are essential. The role requires 7-10+ years of experience in instructional design or learning engineering.

You will sit at the intersection of our People Development and our Enablement & Ops teams, acting as the bridge that transforms high-touch, human-led programs into scalable, AI-enabled learning ecosystems. You are a "builder of builders," creating the tools and standards that allow our entire team to deliver exceptional, high-standard learning at scale. This role requires a blend of pedagogical expertise, creative design, and a deep understanding of how to leverage AI to scale internal development philosophies across a fast-moving, global organization.
