Waldium is the autonomous content platform used by YC-backed startups to generate technical guides, tutorials, and product documentation optimized for AI discovery. As we scale and launch new features, we need part-time customer support help to manage inbound questions and provide fast, reliable responses.
### What you’ll do
* Handle all inbound customer conversations through Tidio
* Learn the Waldium platform and product flows so you can answer common questions clearly
* Troubleshoot issues, gather context, and escalate technical problems to engineering
* Maintain quick response times during agreed coverage hours
* Keep communication concise and accurate
### What we’re looking for
* Experience in customer support or customer success
* Strong written communication
* Ability to understand technical products without hand-holding
* Reliability during US working hours
* Someone who can ramp fast and operate without constant oversight
