Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technical delivery and knows how to turn ideas into shipped product. • Conduct customer signal testing
  • Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-groomed, prioritized, and sprint-ready
  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and release goals
  • Serve as the first line of intake and triage for production support issues, prioritizing fixes alongside feature work
  • Define and track acceptance criteria to ensure delivered features meet business objectives
  • Manage stakeholder communication, escalating blockers and surfacing risks proactively.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and sign-off for features entering production
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure effective deployment

Skills, Tools & Technologies:

  • Product backlog management
  • Requirements gathering and refinement
  • User story writing and acceptance criteria definition
  • Agile / Scrum methodology
  • Stakeholder communication and management
  • Cross-functional team collaboration

  • CSPO — Certified Scrum Product Owner
  • PSPO — Professional Scrum Product Owner (Scrum.org)
  • SAFe POPM — SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager
  • PMI-ACP — Agile Certified Practitioner
  • A technical background: prior experience as a developer, QA engineer, business analyst, or in a technical support role is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Non-technical degrees will be considered when paired with strong demonstrated technical fluency and relevant product experience

What We Offer:

  • Hybrid remote / in-office work environment
  • Collaborative, energetic team culture
  • Competitive salary
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • PTO and paid holidays
  • 401(k) with company match
