About the Role
We are looking for a highly strategic, hands-on
Chief Product Officer (CPO)
to join our leadership team as a founding product executive. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in early-stage startup environments, understands how to build and scale products from the ground up, and is comfortable working in an equity-based role until the company closes its first pre-seed round.

who has experience with startups, can operate with urgency, and knows how to drive both
B2B and B2C product strategy
. We need someone who understands how product connects directly to
customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term growth

As we move toward launch and beyond, this person will play a critical role in helping shape the product vision, refine the user experience, prioritize feature development, and scale the product into a market-leading solution.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead overall product strategy and execution across the company
- Work closely with the founder and leadership team to define product vision, roadmap, and growth priorities
- Help build, refine, and scale a product that serves both
B2B and B2C
audiences
- Translate business goals, customer feedback, and market opportunities into actionable product decisions
- Drive product development from concept through launch and post-launch optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, sales, and marketing
- Develop product systems and workflows that improve customer engagement and user retention
- Identify ways product can directly influence customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Help create a strong product culture centered around speed, clarity, accountability, and innovation
- Stay hands-on in the day-to-day while also thinking strategically about long-term scale
Who We’re Looking For
- Based in
Dallas, TX
or open to working closely in the Dallas market
- Proven experience working in
startups
, ideally at the early-stage or pre-seed/seed level
- Strong background in
SaaS products
- Experience building or scaling products serving
B2B and B2C
customers
- Deep understanding of product-led growth, customer behavior, engagement, and lifecycle strategy
- Ability to think strategically while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and execute
- Experience working in lean environments with limited resources and high ownership
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable joining on an
equity-first compensation structure
until fundraising is completed
- Passion for building something meaningful from the ground up
