About The Role
The Data Analyst will play a vital role in supporting the management and maintenance of operational data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of implementing new menu items, maintaining pricing structures, and managing customer and vendor master data. The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and timely reporting. The role involves extracting, analyzing, and validating data from ERP systems to support operational and financial decision-making. Additionally, the analyst will support ad-hoc reporting needs, troubleshoot data issues, and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance system efficiency. This position is essential in maintaining high data quality standards and supporting business users across various departments.
Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience managing operational or financial data within business systems
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into data solutions
  • Experience with ad-hoc reporting and data validation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Implement new menu items and maintain item data within Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Maintain and update pricing structures, fees, and related configurations within D365
  • Create, update, and manage customer and vendor master data
  • Maintain and update operational data across the D365 platform to ensure system integrity
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests using SQL and reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Extract, analyze, and validate data from ERP systems to support operational and financial reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across all system records
  • Assist business users with data-related requests, troubleshooting, and system issues
  • Identify opportunities to optimize data processes and improve system efficiency
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure accurate system configuration and reporting
  • Document processes related to ERP data maintenance and reporting procedures
