About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Staff Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading the design of our platform, ensuring that every interaction is seamless, every screen is visually compelling, and every feature delights our users. You will collaborate closely with leadership, product managers, and engineering teams to translate strategic goals into innovative, user-centered designs. Your expertise will help shape the overall design vision, develop a cohesive design language, and maintain a style guide that aligns with our brand and product objectives. As a key driver of design excellence, you will lead from concept to execution—conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs. Your ability to leverage data and user feedback will be crucial in refining user journeys and enhancing user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will inspire teams with creative ideas, push the boundaries of conventional design, and contribute to a product that is both functional and memorable. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of our platform, working remotely in a flexible, results-oriented environment.
Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in UI/UX design for SaaS products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design work.
• Extensive experience with design tools such as Figma and Whimsical.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Ability to think creatively and push the boundaries of conventional design to create differentiated experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaborative skills and experience working with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and leadership.
• Passion for design and attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
• Experience or familiarity with the short-term rental industry or Airbnb hosting is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, preferably within European or American time zones (up to East Coast).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for our platform, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide that aligns with our brand and product vision.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into innovative design solutions.
• Utilize data, user feedback, and research insights to continuously refine user journeys and improve the overall user experience.
• Drive the overall design vision for the product, ensuring alignment with company goals and long-term strategy.
• Inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence in design.
• Participate in product planning and strategic discussions, advocating for user-centric design principles.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep our platform innovative and competitive.
