About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Data Analytics Analyst to join our team remotely, supporting the BJH Siteman Infusion Oncology Pharmacy locations. This role is vital in providing comprehensive financial analysis, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting within our pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare financial management analysis, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation of large datasets. The role requires residing in Missouri or Illinois, with a Missouri State Board Pharmacy Tech license being mandatory. The analyst will collaborate closely with the Pharmacy Business Office, supply chain leaders, physicians, and operational teams to analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and support sourcing and contract negotiations. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare financial analysis or data analysis roles
  • Healthcare industry experience highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data manipulation and analysis techniques
  • Experience working with large datasets and financial reporting tools
  • Missouri State Board Pharmacy Tech license required
  • Reside in Missouri or Illinois
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

Responsibilities

  • Support the Pharmacy Business Office with financial analysis, including variance explanations and budget data preparation
  • Conduct detailed analysis of large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and operational efficiencies
  • Assist in financial reporting, supplier payments, and finance accounting transactions
  • Participate in data collection, management, and analysis strategies to support statistical evaluations
  • Develop insights through visual and verbal presentation of data findings to stakeholders
  • Identify industry benchmarks and lead benchmarking analyses through clinical and professional organizations
  • Partner with management to develop strategies, monitor supplier performance, and support sourcing and contract negotiations
  • Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, operational leaders, and supply chain teams across the system
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics and recommending actionable solutions
