About The Role
In support of AI 10.0 Scaling and leveraging AI to apply processing rules directly from source documentation via enterprise assets, we are expanding our Claim Edit Hub team. This role involves working on deriving rules and edits directly from source documents such as policies and exposing them via Agentic workflow to facilitate real-time accessibility. The position supports our "shift left" strategy by enabling claim edits and rules to be executed on Trial Claims, providing transparent cost estimates to providers and members. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building and productionizing AI systems, ensuring model quality, and maintaining high standards of security, observability, and operational excellence. This is a remote opportunity within the U.S., with some in-office requirements for candidates based in Minneapolis or Washington, D.C.
