About The Role
The Finance Data Analyst role is a vital position designed to support our finance operations teams by providing comprehensive business solutions through advanced reporting platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing, shaping, and presenting complex data in accessible formats such as dashboards and tables, enabling informed decision-making across financial processes. This role requires a keen understanding of the Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles, with the goal of optimizing these critical business functions. The analyst will become an expert in relevant data sources and will contribute to projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency through technology innovations such as artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, and service management systems.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Accounting, or related field
  • Zero to one year of applied project experience in data analysis or related roles
  • Experience in creating dashboards and visual reports for business analysis
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Exposure to database and query tools like SQL, MS-Access, or Snowflake
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Engage with business leaders to understand their data needs, define requirements, and prioritize tasks
  • Integrate and interpret data from multiple sources into standardized formats for analysis
  • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within finance operations
  • Develop expertise in emerging technologies such as agentic AI, RPA, and Service Now ticketing systems to enhance workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives
