About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team remotely within the USA or Canada. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping how customers discover and connect with our products, owning the entire marketing site stack—from content management systems and analytics to backend services and deployment pipelines. Your expertise will directly influence the user experience for millions of visitors, delivering engaging, high-performance web experiences that drive customer acquisition and brand loyalty.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with designers, marketers, and leadership, providing ownership and visibility for your work. You will be responsible for developing and evolving our marketing and customer-facing platforms, building integrations with third-party APIs, and maintaining our Web Design System. Your work will be fast-paced, impactful, and varied—ranging from creative collaborations to technical problem-solving—allowing you to continuously raise the bar on quality and innovation. Qualifications
- Proven experience in TypeScript, React, and Next.js (or similar frameworks such as SvelteKit)
- Strong understanding of full-stack development, including CMS platforms like Sanity or Contentful
- Experience with backend services, APIs, and analytics integrations
- Commitment to reliability, observability, and writing comprehensive tests
- Ability to own projects end-to-end from scoping to deployment and monitoring
- Experience collaborating effectively with non-engineering teams such as marketing, design, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the full marketing site stack, including frontend, CMS, backend services, analytics, and deployment processes
- Lead development of customer-facing products and commerce tools to enhance user engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and Publishing teams to deliver compelling content experiences
- Implement and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and external services to streamline internal workflows
- Focus on optimizing performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals and CMS workflows for a seamless user experience
- Develop and maintain our Web Design System and component libraries, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance code quality, user experience, and operational efficiency
