About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Video Editor to join our growing Media team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing a wide variety of internal video content that supports multiple functions across the organization. Your work will directly impact sales enablement, product launches, customer engagement, recruitment, and executive communication. You will own the entire editing process, from raw footage to final delivery, ensuring each asset is polished, engaging, and aligned with our brand standards.
This position offers a unique creative playground, as you will work with diverse formats including demo walkthroughs, case studies, training videos, internal presentations, and real-world restaurant footage. Your expertise in sound design, pacing, motion graphics, and storytelling will be crucial in creating compelling content that resonates with internal audiences and stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to shape the visual narrative of our company, contribute to process improvements through SOPs and templates, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet their video needs.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing storytelling and visual craft
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience editing internal, corporate, or B2B video content
- Strong skills in color correction, audio enhancement, and sound design
- Knowledge of motion graphics, kinetic typography, and basic animation techniques
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to interpret creative direction and provide constructive feedback
- Interest in AI-driven tools, automation, and new media workflows
Responsibilities
- Produce multiple internal video projects per month, managing all aspects from raw footage to final edit
- Ensure each video is optimized for clarity, engagement, and storytelling, with intentional pacing and visual beats
- Create and maintain editing SOPs and templates to streamline workflows and enable scaling
- Review vendor and contractor edits, providing revision notes and ensuring brand consistency
- Monitor and report on video performance metrics such as views, watch time, and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Recruiting to understand their content needs
- Partner with external production vendors to QC and integrate their output into final assets
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into video production processes
