About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic team remotely in the USA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a specific area of our product, driving impactful delivery, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, client engagement, and leadership to develop and execute product strategies that address real customer needs and scale with our business growth. Reporting to a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and facilitate agile ceremonies to ensure timely and effective delivery. Your role will involve understanding customer segments deeply, validating solutions through collaboration, and leading change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new features. You will also define success metrics, analyze data, and use insights to inform ongoing product improvements. Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, startup, or fast-paced environments
  • Experience leading cross-functional sprint teams including design, engineering, and QA
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle stages: strategic visioning, discovery, and delivery
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable features
  • Experience utilizing user insights, data, and analytics to inform product decisions
  • Ability to create simple, intuitive user experiences that solve complex problems
  • Proven track record of managing and iterating product roadmaps based on customer and business needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience managing cross-functional, technology-enabled initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Ability to operate independently and make decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Own product execution for a defined area, clearly articulating strategic direction and influencing cross-functional partners to align and deliver
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer segments, validate solutions, and develop scalable products
  • Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer impact, business goals, and market dynamics
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities are established
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Lead product launch activities, including release planning, documentation, communication, and user adoption strategies
  • Drive change management initiatives to support the successful rollout and governance of new features
  • Define and monitor success metrics, leveraging data and insights to guide product improvements
  • Operate autonomously within an ambiguous environment, using judgment and feedback to drive results
