About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst II to join our Corporate Headquarters team in Columbia, MO. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making through advanced data modeling and analysis. As a key member of the Operations Analytics team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement, developing predictive models, and creating insightful dashboards that inform business strategies. Your work will directly impact our operational efficiency, supply chain optimization, and overall company growth. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for analytics and a desire to make a tangible difference in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analytics role focusing on operations research and modeling
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related technical field
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with applied statistics and effectively communicating results to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications include experience with machine learning algorithms and knowledge of supply chain principles.
Responsibilities

• Apply analytics and operations research methodologies to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements
• Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques to extract actionable insights
• Develop and implement models that support strategic business decisions based on stakeholder requirements
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor business performance
• Tackle complex business challenges using data-driven approaches, providing well-supported recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
• Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their analytical skills and knowledge
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing processes and analytical methods
