About The Role
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital experiences we deliver to healthcare clients. You will work closely with clients, project managers, engineers, and internal teams to translate intricate business requirements and user needs into compelling, functional UI designs. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in product or UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience working within agile development teams and collaborating closely with project managers and engineers.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction, and visual design.
- Knowledge of user research methods including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and advocate design solutions effectively.
- Experience designing cross-platform interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Prior experience in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred.
- Experience working in a consulting or agency environment is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex user and business requirements into intuitive wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma.
- Present and defend design solutions to client stakeholders, articulating the rationale based on research, user needs, and strategic objectives.
- Conduct user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiries to gather insights and validate designs.
- Collaborate daily with agile teams including project managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible, technically sound, and aligned with project goals.
- Iterate rapidly on designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and stakeholder input to refine user experiences.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and industry standards to inform design strategy and innovation.
- Support the documentation of design specifications and guidelines for implementation teams.
