About The Role
The Web UI/UX Designer (User Flow & Digital Journey Specialist) plays a critical role in shaping the digital experience for our corporate websites and web platforms. This position is focused exclusively on website user experience and interface design, including developing user flows, mapping user journeys, creating information architectures, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. The role emphasizes designing intuitive, accessible, and responsive web interfaces that enhance usability and engagement. It does not involve product software or application UI design.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in interaction design, with the ability to define clear user flows within web pages and map cohesive user journeys across the entire website. Translating research insights and requirements into structured wireframes and prototypes is a key responsibility, ensuring usability is validated before development. Continuous UX improvement, informed by user research, behavioral analysis, and testing, is fundamental to this role. The designer will collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver compelling, user-focused web experiences that align with brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
Qualifications
- 4-7+ years of experience in website-focused UI/UX design for corporate or marketing websites
- Proficiency in user flow design and website user journey mapping
- Advanced skills in Figma or Sketch, including creating interactive prototypes
- Experience with behavioral analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Crazy Egg
- Experience supporting A/B testing and UX experimentation initiatives
- Strong portfolio demonstrating wireframes, navigation systems, responsive layouts, and UX problem-solving
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability best practices
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, hierarchy, and web UI patterns
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
Responsibilities
- Design and refine website user flows, navigation paths, and interaction patterns to optimize user experience
- Develop comprehensive user journey maps to ensure a cohesive and intuitive website experience
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and usability
- Design visually appealing web page layouts and supporting graphics aligned with brand standards
- Develop and implement responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Apply usability best practices and ensure compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG
- Utilize behavioral analytics tools like Clarity, Hotjar, and Crazy Egg to analyze user behavior and identify UX improvements
- Support A/B testing initiatives using platforms such as VWO to validate UX enhancements and optimize performance
- Maintain and evolve scalable web design systems and UI component libraries for consistency across platforms
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Engineering, and other teams to ensure seamless, user-focused implementation of designs
