About The Role
We are seeking a talented and versatile remote, part-time UX/UI Designer and Marketing Manager who is an innovative thinker and passionate about design and marketing. This role involves working on graphic design projects, creating engaging visual content, and supporting our web development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional graphics design, with the ability to craft modern, clean, and user-centered visuals. This position offers the potential to evolve into a full-time, salaried role, providing long-term job stability and opportunities for growth. You will collaborate closely with our lead developers and marketing team, contributing to meaningful projects that aim to improve the world through technology.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional graphics design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator with 3+ years of hands-on experience
- Strong design sensibility with a focus on modern, clean, and user-centered aesthetics
- Experience in marketing, including ads and analytics, is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Availability to work from 9 am to 5 pm EST, part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
- Willingness to undergo identity verification and start immediately
- Knowledge of Figma and additional experience with low-code tools and automation apps is preferred
- Some coding knowledge, particularly related to API endpoints and GraphQL, is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity
- Create visual content for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and social media channels
- Regularly update and upload graphics for our products and web presence
- Collaborate with the development team to support web design and user interface improvements
- Assist in the development of branding materials and identity assets
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize visual strategies and campaign effectiveness
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts for projects
- Utilize low-code tools and automation apps to streamline design and marketing workflows
